Jeff Idol and John Futch were the listing agents on the sale of this centrally located and garden-style office center. This property is located conveniently between College Road and Market Street and in close proximity to I-40 with just a short drive to downtown or Wrightsville Beach. The location was a prime factor in the sale of this property!

This 1.87-acre site located in Leland was sold by listing agent Hansen Matthews along with selling agent Turner Schaeffer. The property has excellent visibility and access from Highway 17. This commercial corridor is the center of most retail, restaurant, office, and medical development in northeast Brunswick County.

We saw a mass of properties being sold in Leland this past year as the city continues to grow. This property was our largest land sale of the year at 569 acres, making it a perfect tract for residential development. Jason Windham was the listing agent for this impressive sale!
