Four brokers from Maus Warwick Matthews & Co ( Hansen Matthews, Steve Hall, Jack Kilbourne, and Turner Schaeffer) recently attended The Carolina’s Idea Exchange sponsored by the International Council of Shopping Centers, which was held in Charlotte on March 7th & 8th. Over 2,000 developers, retail tenants, commercial brokers and other professionals associated with the commercial real estate industry attended the conference. Attendance at this year’s event exceeded that of any previous year, indicating the retail industry has rebounded from The Great Recession.
