Recently, one of our valued brokerage team members was officially recognized for being the Rock Star she is. Ginny Dunn was named Cape Fear CREW’s 2023 Rock Star Award in front of over 300 industry professionals at the Wilmington Convention Center.
Cape Fear CREW is a commercial real estate organization of brokers, lenders, contractors, and affiliated professionals. CREW holds an annual award luncheon to recognize those individuals who have excelled in various aspects of the local commercial real estate industry.
Ginny moved to Wilmington from Memphis and joined our firm two years ago, bringing career experience with Chamber of Commerce work and commercial real estate brokerage. She hit the ground running and has been very committed to bettering our industry through highly professional practice while bettering our community through her tireless volunteer work. We’re lucky to have such a hard-working and involved community member on our team.
