Hansen Matthews, a partner at Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co., represented AT&T along with Matt Pufant of JLL in this deal. The 3-acre property on 16th and Greenfield in Wilmington, NC was used as a service and parts distribution center by AT&T, who merged with Time Warner (now Spectrum) in 2018.
