Hansen Matthews, a partner at Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co., represented AT&T along with Matt Pufant of JLL in this deal. The 3-acre property on 16th and Greenfield in Wilmington, NC was used as a service and parts distribution center by AT&T, who merged with Time Warner (now Spectrum) in 2018.

The $85 billion merger created many surplus properties and this AT&T distribution center situated was one of those properties.

The buyer is leasing the property back to AT&T for the next three years, but the property has potential to one day be redeveloped for new use.
