Celebrating Excellence in Commercial Real Estate
The 7th Annual Awards of Excellence, hosted by Cape Fear CREW, drew a full-capacity crowd at the Aloft Wilmington at Coastline Center. This highly anticipated event highlighted outstanding projects developed over the past two years, as well as the professionals shaping the region’s commercial real estate market. The banquet provided a valuable opportunity for industry leaders to connect, celebrate achievements, and look ahead to the continued growth of the Cape Fear region.
MWM is honored to support and participate in events that recognize the impact of commercial real estate professionals in our community, like the CREW Awards Banquet. We look forward to seeing how this dynamic industry continues to evolve in 2025 and beyond!
