The 40 Under 40 Awards recognize young professionals who are shaping the future of the Cape Fear region through leadership, innovation, and community impact. Each year, the Wilmington Chamber highlights emerging leaders across Brunswick, New Hanover, and Pender counties who are making meaningful contributions in business, nonprofit work, and public service.
The 2025 awards ceremony was held at The Pointe Cinema, where honorees were celebrated before a packed auditorium of peers, colleagues, and community members. Jason was joined by several MWM teammates who came to show their support, including Andrew Fallis, Ginny Dunn, Luke Tippett, and Jack Balland.
Jason’s inclusion on this year’s list is a testament to his leadership both within MWM and throughout the greater Wilmington community.
