Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Company is pleased to announce its continued involvement in Wilmington’s growing Soda Pop District following the recent sale of a prominent commercial property portfolio to Charlotte-based investment firm Cuadra Capital.

The transaction included four properties in the district totaling approximately 100,000 square feet, including the Bottle Works building at 921 Princess Street, 1020 Princess Street—home to Hi-Wire Brewing and Cugino Forno—and additional properties along Market and Princess streets.

According to reporting by the Wilmington Business Journal, Cuadra Capital plans to retain Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Company to provide property management and leasing services for the portfolio as it enters its next phase of growth.

The acquisition marks Cuadra Capital’s first investment in Wilmington and reflects continued confidence in both the city’s growth trajectory and the Soda Pop District’s emergence as a destination for businesses, residents, and visitors. The firm’s stated goals include investing in the properties and attracting a diverse mix of retail, restaurant, gallery, and small business tenants.

MWM looks forward to working alongside Cuadra Capital to support the continued success of these properties and contribute to the ongoing evolution of one of Wilmington’s growing commercial districts.
