Andrea is a native of Wall, Pennsylvania, a small town located just east of Pittsburgh.  She attended West Virginia University, where she majored in Communications and in Dance.  She performed in several dances and theatrical productions while in college and the years following. Andrea still enjoys a passion for the Performing Arts. Andrea moved to Annapolis, MD in 2001 and worked in Washington, DC at the Smithsonian for several years before accepting a job opening in Pittsburgh.

Upon moving to Wilmington from Pittsburgh, PA in 2013, Andrea went to work with a large law firm in an administrative capacity handling a very large caseload of foreclosure paperwork.  A valued team member at Maus Warwick Matthews since 2013, Andrea is a licensed real estate broker who manages the front desk and she supports our marketing and property management operations, manages the key inventory for our listings, handles incoming phone contact and email information requests.

An active member of her church, she enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending her spare time with family, friends, and her tiny cat, Gracie.  She is a founding member of Club Pilates, Wilmington South.
