Andrew Fallis
A Wilmington resident for over 35 years, Andrew Fallis brings deep community ties and a genuine passion for the coastal lifestyle to his work in real estate. Whether on the golf course, coaching youth baseball, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time on the water with his family—his wife June, their children Ella (14), Banks (12), Lincoln (11), and their energetic Aussiedoodle Grady—Andrew embraces all that life in coastal North Carolina has to offer.
Andrew graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2004, where he served as the head manager of the men’s basketball team, traveling with the Seahawks to NCAA Tournament games in Sacramento and Nashville. He began his career managing MLS services for Intracoastal Realty, then spent 15 years with Swain & Associates, managing a diverse commercial real estate portfolio and supporting leasing operations across North Carolina. In 2021, he returned to Intracoastal as a broker on Vance Young’s team, serving both residential and commercial clients with dedication and integrity.
Today, Andrew brings his broad experience and client-focused approach to his role as Property Manager at Maus, Warwick & Matthews, where he oversees a portfolio of commercial properties and continues to build strong, lasting relationships with tenants, clients, and property owners.
Known for his professionalism, approachable style, and in-depth market knowledge, Andrew is committed to delivering exceptional service and long-term value to everyone he works with.
