Born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Jeff has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1984 and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1988. After graduating from East Carolina University’s School of Business he moved to Charlotte, NC where he worked as a business broker, an assistant project manager for a Texas based real estate developer, and agent for a national commercial brokerage company. Jeff moved to Wilmington in 1990 taking a position as property manager and leasing agent at one of Wilmington’s first commercial office parks before joining Maus Warwick Matthews & Company in 1992.
As a partner with Maus Warwick Matthews & Company, and almost 30 years of successful leasing, sales and management of commercial real estate, he brings diverse experience and a seasoned perspective to the Wilmington market.
Jeff is married, with two grown children, and his personal interests include hunting, fishing and boating.
