In response to concerns surrounding COVID-19, SAMM Properties reached out to their contractors to set up new safety measures. They will be installing motion sensor light fixtures in the bathrooms, automatic doors for the building, and motion sensor hand sanitizing stations at all entrances. They will also be installing self cleaning door handle strips from Nano Septic.
There are currently upfits in progress for First Carolina Bank and Crabby Chic, with those expected to open around the last week of June. Upfits for Angel Oak Home Loans and Big Sky Design are soon to follow. The third floor of Bradley Creek Station is still available with 26,700 square feet of space, as well as one space on the first floor with 3,900 square feet of space.
