Bradley Creek Station is an 80,000 square foot office and retail complex located at 5815 Oleander Drive. This complex is still under construction, but ahead of schedule, and plans to open for business in spring of this year. Some retail and office tenants include First Carolina Bank, Head to Toe Day Spa, Crabby Chic, Angel Oak Home Loans, and Wilmington Reproductive Laboratories.
In addition to these clients, Big Sky Design plans to relocate to Bradley Creek Station this spring as well. Big Sky Designs has 12 employees and completes commercial and residential interior design projects. Jennifer Kraner, owner and founder of Big Sky Design, expressed that they are excited to move their office to the second story and showcase commercial office spaces, and redesign their own space. In addition to their office on the second floor, they plan on opening their shop and collaborative studio on the first floor later in the summer.
Wilmington has always been supportive of local businesses, and these shops are no exception. Each store that is soon to join Bradley Creek Station has already had an impact on the community. Their addition to the new complex will help in the transformation of the community. This area of town has already undergone some great changes, with thriving nearby residential communities, new boutique offices, Wrightsville Beach Brewery, and a new development by Evolve.
The finishing touches are being made, such as paved turn lanes and stop lights, in preparation for the spring. We are excited to see the great addition that Bradley Creek Station will be to the Wilmington community on Oleander Drive. For more information and leasing information, contact Steve Hall.
