Wilmington welcomes a National Association of Home Builders Professional Women in Building charter. The charter was approved on June 17 and adopted the name Cape Fear Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council. The organization’s mission is to “empower and support women in the building industry through connections and outreach.” They’re dedicated to supporting their members by offering legislative awareness at local, state, and national levels. Likewise, PWB will provide professional and personal development through networking and educational opportunities. Maus, Warwick, & Matthews Commercial Real Estate broker, Ginny Dunn, is one of the founding members of PWB.
Meet Ginny Dunn
Ginny Dunn is an experienced broker from the Memphis Metro and West Tennessee area. She is licensed in both Tennessee and North Carolina. She’s been at Maus, Warwick, & Matthews since October 2021. In that time, she’s been highly active in commercial real estate sales and leases, as well as community involvement. At Maus, Warwick, & Matthews, we’re lucky to have such an involved community member on our team. Wilmington is a better place thanks to Ginny.
